We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Google Data Usage :
All data accessed via Google APIs is used solely for your own account operations, such as reminders, contact synchronization, and CRM automation.
We do not use, store, or process your Google data for any other purpose beyond providing these features.
Data Sharing and Resale :
We do not share, sell, or transfer any user data obtained through Google APIs to any third party under any circumstances.
User Consent :
By connecting your Google Account, you consent to the use of Google API services as described above. You can revoke access to your Google data at any time through your Google Account Settings.
Google Account (USER) Data Policy :
1. Use of Google User Data :
BimaGrow connects with Google APIs to allow users to:
Send policy renewal reminders using their Gmail account.
Sync renewal reminders with Google Calendar.
Sync client information from Google Contacts.
Display the user’s Google profile name and email inside the BimaGrow dashboard.
We access only the information that the user explicitly grants permission for through the Google OAuth consent screen.
2. Storage and Retention of Google User Data :
BimaGrow stores only essential information required to provide the intended functionality (such as token identifiers and email metadata).
No email content, attachments, or contact messages are permanently stored.
Access tokens are securely stored and encrypted on our servers for as long as the integration remains active.
Once a user de-link requests using hello@bimagrow.com We will disconnect their Google account or revoke permissions.
3. Deletion of Google User Data :
You can choose to de-link your Gmail account from the application at any time.
Additionally, you may request deletion of your Google-related data by writing to us at hello@bimagrow.com.
4. No Sharing or Selling of Data :
BimaGrow never shares, sells, or transfers any Google user data to third parties.
All data is used solely for the user’s own CRM and reminder management within their account.
5. Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy :
BimaGrow's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy#additional_requirements_for_specific_api_scopes) including the requirements as necessary to the extent of adhering to the scope and policy.
We will also be undergoing annual security assessment from a Google-designated third party and keep the same updated from time to time or as per instructions Received from Google.
